OVERVIEW
At a time of declining public resources, Public/Private Partnerships can be the solution to many major problems-deteriorated or inadequate infrastructure and lack of public funding for ctitically important capital improvements.
Public Private Partnerships combine the resources and skills of the private sector with the government for the public benefit. They offer a promising answer to these problems.
Public Private Partnerships
Provide Creative financing for capital projects and necessary community services, thus giving citizens more for their tax dollars.
Foster increased efficiences trough private operation and maintenance of facilities and services, again allowing public agencies to stretch limited resources.
